Zero Defect Test House Inc. ("Zero-Defect", "we") runs zero-defect.ca and swiftqa.ai.
This page explains what we collect on these websites, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Contact forms. When you send a form we receive your name, email, company, the service you're interested in and your message. Forms are delivered to us through Formspree and stored in our CRM, HubSpot.
- Website analytics. Google Analytics 4 measures visits, pages viewed, the site or campaign that brought you, and your device type. Until you accept analytics cookies, it runs in a cookieless mode.
- Session analytics. If you accept, Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, heatmaps). Text you type into form fields is masked and not recorded.
- HubSpot tracking. If you accept, HubSpot sets cookies that link your visits to your contact record if you later send us a form.
Why we use it
To answer your requests, to understand which pages and campaigns are useful, and to improve the site. We don't sell personal information.
Where it is processed
These providers (Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, Formspree) may process and store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
Your choices
- Choose Accept or Decline in the cookie banner. To change your choice, clear this site's cookies and storage in your browser; the banner appears again.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing zero-defect@zero-defect.ca.
How long we keep it
Contact records are kept while we have a business relationship, and deleted on request. Analytics data follows each provider's retention settings.
